GUDSHO enables customers to create, edit, host, and distribute videos, audio recordings, and other media while measuring viewer and user engagement. These services are offered through our branded online platform for mobile, computers and connected devices, as well as our embeddable video players (collectively referred to as the 'services').

When you agree to share information about the content you are exposed to on the apps, we may use this information along with other information that you provide us on the GUDSHO, to provide you with personalized content similar to it. We may also use this information to serve advertisements more relevant to you as well as to understand and analyze your exposure to ads on other platforms to demonstrate the effectiveness of our Platform.

To make a purchase, you may need to provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal account). Your payment information will be collected and processed by our authorized payment vendors. We do not directly collect or store credit or debit card numbers ourselves in the ordinary course of processing transactions. If we allow purchase through a third-party platform (i.e. in-app purchase), the payment method stored with the third-party platform will be charged.

Your interactions with other users (e.g., comments, "likes," private messages) may be seen by others. You may choose to limit the availability of your profile and videos.
